Crystal Points

Crystal points, also called crystal towers, are six or eight-sided stones with a flat base. Some crystals, like Quartz, Amethyst, or Citrine, can be found naturally on Earth already in a pointed shape. 

Many of these natural crystal points remain raw and unpolished, which makes them deeply connected to the energies of Earth. Other crystals come from Earth without any distinctive points. In these cases, the crystals are cut and polished into a pointed shape.

Crystal points harness the directional output of the crystal's energy. In a crystal point, the energy stems from the base of the crystal and flows upward through the top of the point. Wherever they are placed, they emit ascending directional energy out into the universe or towards a subject.

There are also double terminated crystals, which have a point at both ends of the stone. They have their energy flowing equally in opposing directions. The directional output of this crystal depends on its position. Commonly, these crystals receive energy at one point, transmute it, and emit the energy out at the opposite point. Double terminated crystals are excellent tools in crystal grids as they easily allow energy transfer between crystals.

Crystal points are one of the most powerful crystal forms for setting and amplifying intentions because of their focused energy. If you write your intention on a piece of paper and place it at the base of the crystal point, it will direct and emanate your intention out into the universe.
